Each of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_ethnic_groups_in_China\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">China&#8217;s ethnic groups<\/a> were represented with their local script and many were additionally represented with local traditional clothing and photos of the various regions.<\/p>\n<p>Liu, informed the audience that the scripts &amp; dialects represent China&#8217;s accumulated wisdom and are an integral part of China&#8217;s civilization.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the scripts and exhibits included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Han Scripts: including an ancient tortoise shell used for I-Ching divination\/consultations and Taoist scripts<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Qiang_people\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Qiang<\/a> script<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Va_people\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Va<\/a> script<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLiu said, Diversity enriches culture and makes our world a better one. Ethnic interactions and interdependence have formed a unique multifaceted cultural heritage in China\u2019s 5,000-year <a class=\"inline_link omniture-click-processed\" href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/topic\/history\">history<\/a>. He explained, In my view, the various ethnic scripts on display represent the richness of these cultures that are part of China\u2019s heritage. The Chinese writing system is one of the oldest known written languages in the world. They\u2019re indispensable resources for understanding China\u2019s multi-ethnic history and culture. These ethnic scripts not only contribute to the preservation of unique cultural identities, but also celebrate cultural diversity around the world.
